Soho Restaurant & Bar- Day Supervisor

Soho Restaurant & Bar is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Day Supervisor to join our vibrant team in the heart of Southbank.

Situated right on the Yarra River, Soho is known for its energetic atmosphere, great Italian food, cocktails and exceptional service. We’re looking for someone who can lead from the front, keep the floor running smoothly and help create an amazing experience for both our guests and our team.

The Role:
As our supervisor, you’ll play an important role in the day-to-day operation of the venue. You’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth service, supporting and leading the team, and making sure our guests receive the high standard of service Soho is known for.
You’ll work closely with the Venue Manager, General Manager and Function Coordinator to ensure the venue operates efficiently and our service standards are consistently maintained.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operation of the restaurant floor
• Lead and support the team during service
• Ensure guests receive outstanding service and quality food
• Assist with staff training and development
• Maintain high standards of presentation, service and venue operations
• Manage and resolve customer concerns professionally
• Work closely with the Venue Manager and General Manager
• Liaise with the Function Coordinator to ensure events and functions run smoothly
• Help create a positive, energetic and welcoming environment for both guests and staff

 We’re looking for someone who is confident, hands-on and enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
