We're looking for an experienced, trade-qualified butcher to prepare and portion quality meat products that support our catering operations across multiple venues. About the Role

This unique role supports multiple catering operations across our Clubs by preparing and portioning quality meat products to ensure consistency, efficiency and high standards across our catering operations.

The role typically involves 1-2 shifts per week, with flexibility to work during the day or evening, Monday to Friday.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Breaking down and preparing primal meat cuts

• Accurately portioning, packaging and labelling meat products for distribution across multiple kitchen operations

• Maintaining product quality, consistency and presentation standards

• Managing stock rotation and minimising waste

• Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards at all times

• Coordinating with inventory management as required

• Supporting the production requirements of several venues from a dedicated preparation space

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A recognised trade qualification in Butchery

• Experience preparing, portioning and handling quality meat products

• A strong understanding of food safety, quality standards and stock rotation

• The ability to work independently and manage your workload efficiently

• Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing consistent, high-quality products

• A reliable, professional and safety-focused approach to work

Nice to Have (but not essential)

• Experience supplying hospitality, catering or food production operations

• Knowledge of stock control and inventory management

• Current Food Safety Supervisor qualification

• Experience with vacuum packing, labelling and product traceability systems
