The Opportunity

Due to continued growth, we’re seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Internal Sales - Representative Relationship Executive to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a long-term career within a stable and expanding business.

What You'll Do

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships

• Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries

• Providing accurate product advice and quotations

• Following up on outstanding quotes

• Entering and maintaining CRM data

• Supporting internal and external sales activities

What You’ll Bring

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Strong time management in a fast-paced environment

• Strong numeracy and problem-solving skills

• A confident, professional phone manner

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams etc.)

Highly Regarded (But Not Essential)

• Experience with Netsuite Cloud ERP

• Previous experience in internal sales, customer service or administration
