Exhibition Project Coordinator

We are seeking a driven and highly organised Exhibition Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will oversee end-to-end exhibition projects, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and client expectations are met — all while maintaining the highest level of service and attention to detail.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing multiple exhibition projects from concept to completion

• Liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver successful outcomes

• Preparing project budgets, schedules, and reports

• Coordinating logistics, installation, and on-site delivery

• “Providing strategic oversight of project delivery.”

• “Managing project resources and reporting directly to senior management.”

• “Overseeing compliance, risk management, and client stakeholder engagement.”

• Ensuring compliance with health & safety and venue regulations

• Troubleshooting and problem-solving under pressure

Requirement

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

• Proven experience in project management within the exhibitions, events, or related industries

• Degree in Digital Technology & Solutions

• Strong organisational and multitasking skills

• Excellent communication and client relationship management

• Ability to lead teams and manage contractors on-site

• High attention to detail and a solutions-focused mindset

• Proficiency in project management tools/software (preferred)
