Synergie Australia is seeking a Claims Service Consultant for a trusted client located in Sydney 2000.

The Important parts:

• Pay: $35 - $40 per hour + Super | ⏳ Duration: 
• Hours: Monday - Friday | Rotating Roster - 7 days

What you will be required to do:

You’ll be supporting a busy claims function, working closely with internal teams and customers to deliver accurate and timely outcomes. This is a fast-paced, stakeholder-facing role where attention to detail and communication are key.

• Managing inbound claims enquiries and providing timely resolutions
• Processing and reviewing claims in line with policies and procedures
• Liaising with internal stakeholders, customers and third parties
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance requirements are met
• Investigating and resolving discrepancies or escalations
• Supporting continuous improvement within claims processes
• Delivering strong customer service across all interactions

To be successful in the role you will:

• Have previous experience in claims, customer service or a similar administrative role
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Be confident working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Be systems savvy with the ability to pick up new platforms quickly
• Show a proactive and solutions-focused approach
