Clinical Training Coordinator

About Interchange

We are on the hunt for an experienced Clinical Training Coordinator to join Interchange on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real and positive difference, where your expertise will be harnessed in providing high-quality clinical guidance to Interchange and our customers. You will also support the implementation of a clinical governance framework that empowers delivery of services that are safe, high-quality, informed through evidence-based practice and reviewed through a process of continuous improvement. This role will require to you travel from time to time to our offices in Rockingham and Mandurah.

  What do you need to apply?

• Relevant nursing qualification, AHPRA Registered RN or EN
• Cert IV in Training & Assessment
• Strong understanding of disability supports and a commitment to people with disabilities having choice and control over the services they receive.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering training programs to adult learners.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Clinical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of disability support needs, clinical best practices, and relevant legislation.
  
• Training & Facilitation: Ability to design, develop, and deliver engaging and effective training programs.
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build rapport with diverse audiences.
• Current certifications relevant to the role - First Aid, CPR
