Do you want to work in a friendly, family-oriented general practice where your skills are valued and your time outside work is respected? We’re seeking passionate and motivated Registered or Enrolled Nurses to join our supportive and progressive team across two Adelaide-based clinics.

In this role, you’ll work collaboratively with our doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals to deliver exceptional, personalised care to our local community - with no weekends, no public holidays, no late nights, and no shift work.

About the Role

You’ll be a key part of our clinical team, providing high-quality nursing care in a busy general-practice setting. Your day-to-day will include:

Direct Patient Care

• Conducting health assessments and chronic disease management plans

• Assisting with minor procedures

• Delivering childhood and adult immunisations

• Providing wound care and diagnostic testing (ECG, Spirometry, ABPI)

• Supporting patients to manage long-term conditions

Patient Education

• Educating and supporting patients on health topics, self-management strategies, and chronic disease management

Clinical Operations

• Maintaining accurate, complete patient records

• Participating in clinical stock management

• Contributing to quality improvement initiatives and adhering to best-practice guidelines

Communication and Teamwork

• Building strong, trusting relationships with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare providers

• Working as part of a warm, respectful, and collaborative team

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

• Holds current AHPRA registration as a Registered or Enrolled Nurse

• Has a current Working with Children Check and National Police Check

• Can work autonomously, prioritise their workload, and problem-solve effectively

• Has excellent communication and time-management skills

• Is dedicated to patient-centred care

• Is a team player with a warm, positive, and proactive attitude

Desirable Skills and Experience

• At least 2 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse (general practice highly regarded)

• Experience using clinical software (Best Practice preferred)

• Understanding of quality improvement in primary care

• Understanding Vaccines and the National Immunisation Program (HESA Accredited) certificate
