Commercial Industrial Property Manager

A leading Commercial Industrial Real Estate company based in the Dandenong area, currently has an opportunity for a Property Manager.

Duties include the following:

• Daily management of properties liaising with owners, tenants and various trades.

• Co ordination of property repairs and maintenance.

• Rent increases.

• Lease option letters.

• Condition reports, final inspections and final statement of adjustments.

• Managing rental arrears, issue breach notices and attend lockouts.

• Essential safety measures management.

The ideal candidate will have an Agent's Rep Certificate and experience in a similar role (residential is ok) ideally using Cirrus8 and Microsoft Office suite. They will be organised with a strong work ethic and friendly personality. We would also like someone who is punctual, reliable and honest and have strong communication skills. You would be working with an experienced Team and so you will receive ongoing support and training as required.

The role is full time Monday – Friday in our newly renovated offices with remuneration relative to experience, on site secure car parking and company mobile phone are provided. Please note that this position does not offer work from home options and smokers will not be interviewed, applicants must have permanent residency.
