Graduate Account Executive

Bickford's Group is looking for a motivated Graduate Account Executive to join our National Accounts team. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced National Account Managers, gain exposure to major grocery retailers, and build the commercial skills that will fast-track your career in FMCG sales and account management.

If you're commercially curious, love working with data, and enjoy building relationships, we'd love to hear from you. This is a full-time role with flexibility available for candidates in their final stages of study.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Working with our National Accounts team, you'll:

• Support major grocery customer accounts

• Analyse sales performance and identify growth opportunities

• Assist with customer reporting, forecasting and business planning

• Help coordinate promotional activity and new product launches

• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Operations and Sales teams

• Build relationships with key retail stakeholders

• Contribute to strategies that drive sales growth and profitability

ABOUT YOU

We're looking for graduates who are eager to learn, commercially minded, and ready to start building a successful career.

You'll ideally have:

• Recently completed (or be in your final year of) a degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Economics or a related discipline

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Confidence working with Excel and PowerPoint

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

• A proactive, can-do attitude

• Strong organisation and attention to detail
