Receptionist

About the role

Receptionist required for a busy Northside Smash Repairer.  An interest in motor vehicles as well as Auto Quote (software) experience an advantage, but not essential.  The position is permanent full-time.

The Receptionist duties and responsibilities will be to ensure the front desk welcomes guests positively and executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards.  A professional attitude and appearance is required.  Excellent organizational skills, multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, as well as good communication skills.

• Greet and welcome guests

• Direct visitors

• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls

• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials

• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email

• Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries

• Keep records/filing up to date
