IZAKAYA DOMO is an exciting new Japanese Izakaya & bar located in the heart of Melbourne. We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced FOH Manager to oversee and manage all operational activities at our venue.

We are looking for a strong leadership skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences. This is an opportunity to be part of a growing business with ongoing opportunities and attractive rewards for the right candidate.

What you will need:

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the team.
• At least 2 years of experience in a Restaurant Manager role, with a proven ability to manage in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for providing excellent customer service and creating a positive atmosphere.
• Japanese language skills are a plus, but not essential.
• Must hold a valid visa with full work rights.

Working Hours

• 38 hours per week, including weekends.
• Flexible roster, including evenings (Mon-Sun).

About the Benefits

• Hourly wage:
• Weekday : AUD$85,000-AUD$90,000
• Weekend : Legal weekend hourly rate applies + Super.
• Public Holiday : Legal Public Holiday hourly rate applies + Super.

Experience:
