About the role

Clinipath Pathology is one of Western Australia's largest and most respected pathology providers, supporting communities across metropolitan and regional WA through a network of collection centres and laboratories.
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Property Officer to join our Property team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys coordinating multiple priorities, maintaining accurate records, managing compliance requirements, and building strong stakeholder relationships.
Working closely with the Property Manager, you will play a key role in supporting Clinipath's property portfolio and Accredited Collection Centre (ACC) network, ensuring our facilities, leases, licensing requirements, and compliance obligations are managed efficiently and accurately.
About the Role
As Property Officer, you will be responsible for the administration and coordination of Clinipath's Accredited Collection Centre property portfolio, with a strong focus on Medicare licensing compliance, property administration, lease coordination, and collection centre setup activities.
You will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, landlords, contractors, service providers, and regulatory bodies to support the successful operation and growth of our network across Western Australia.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Medicare licensing and compliance requirements for Clinipath's collection centre network.
Maintain property, lease, licensing, and compliance records across the property portfolio.
Support the establishment of new collection centres and property-related projects.
Coordinate maintenance activities, documentation, and stakeholder communications.
Assist with lease administration, reporting, and property compliance monitoring.
Build strong relationships with internal teams, landlords, contractors, and external providers.
Contribute to process improvements and the efficient management of Clinipath's property portfolio.
About You
You are a proactive and highly organised professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work.
Essential Skills & Experience
Experience in property administration, facilities administration, lease administration, or a similar role.
Strong administrative and database management skills with a high level of accuracy.
Experience maintaining records, documentation, and compliance information.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple stakeholders.
Desirable
Experience within healthcare, medical, or regulated environments.
Knowledge of Medicare licensing processes relating to Accredited Collection Centres.
Understanding of lease administration and property compliance requirements.
Experience using property management systems or databases.
