Delivery Driver — Company Van Provided

Monday to Friday | Tuesday to Saturday | Sydney CBD base

Feedwell is looking for a reliable Delivery Driver to drive one of our company refrigerated vans, deliver premium catering into Sydney offices, and represent Feedwell with punctual, professional service.

This role suits someone who knows Sydney roads, stays calm in CBD traffic, and takes pride in doing a job properly.

• 25–30 hours per week

Feedwell is one of Sydney’s leading corporate catering companies. We prepare and deliver fresh catering to some of Sydney’s most recognised workplaces, including major corporate offices across the CBD, North Sydney, Parramatta and surrounding areas to companies like Google, Amazon, TikTok, Chanel, and Louis Vuitton. .

Our drivers are the final step in the customer experience. When you walk into a client’s office, you are representing our brand — so reliability, presentation and communication matter.

Each shift starts at our commercial kitchen near Town Hall Station. You’ll load insulated catering bags onto trolleys and into a refrigerated van. Most bags are under 5kg, but there are multiple bags per run.

A typical shift includes:

• Driving company vans to complete catering deliveries across Sydney

• Completing around 5–8 drops per run

• Trolleying catering into offices, meeting rooms and boardrooms

• Setting food out neatly and checking presentation

• Taking proof-of-delivery photos

• Completing a short checklist in our workplace app

• Communicating early if timing changes

You’ll train with experienced drivers before going solo. Once you know the routes, the work becomes smooth, familiar and efficient.

• Holds a full NSW driver licence

• Has a clean driving record

• Has full Australian working rights

• Is confident driving in and around Sydney CBD

• Is punctual, dependable and consistent

• Communicates clearly with clients and the team

• Presents neatly in corporate offices

• Is comfortable using phone apps for maps, photos and checklists

• Wants steady, longer-term work

Delivery, courier, van driving, field service, taxi, rideshare, sales rep or similar experience would be helpful, but it is not essential.
