At Milestones Early Learning Meridan Plains, we're looking for a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our warm and supportive team on a part-time basis (24 hours per week across 3 days), with the opportunity for additional hours as our centre continues to grow.

As our Early Childhood Teacher, you'll play a key role in delivering a high-quality kindergarten program that supports children's development and school readiness.

You'll:

• Create engaging and meaningful educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
• Foster children's curiosity, creativity, confidence, and sense of belonging
• Lead learning experiences that reflect children's interests, strengths, and developmental needs
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with families and the wider community
• Mentor and support educators within the kindergarten learning environment
• Contribute to achieving and maintaining high-quality outcomes against the National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Help create an inclusive, supportive, and engaging environment where every child can flourish

You'll bring:

• A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
• Current Teacher Registration (where applicable)
• Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card) or willingness to obtain
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Framework
• A genuine passion for inspiring children and supporting their learning journey
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
