About the role:

Manage matters with a high degree of autonomy and advise a diverse range of private companies, listed entities, entrepreneurs and business owners across corporate transactions and day-to-day commercial matters, such as:

• Mergers, acquisitions and business sales.
• Corporate structuring and restructures.
• Shareholders’ agreements, joint ventures and investment arrangements.
• Drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts.
• Corporate governance and general corporate advisory work.
• Securities, financing and capital-related matters.
• Due diligence and transaction management.
• Technology, intellectual property and licensing agreements.
• Franchising and broader commercial arrangements.
• Advising clients on commercial risk and dispute avoidance.

The ideal candidate:

• Have 5+ years’ PQE in corporate and commercial law.
• Excellent technical, drafting and analytical skills.
• Strong commercial judgement and the ability to provide practical advice.
• Confidence managing matters and communicating directly with clients.
• A proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach.
