About The Role

Maintaining cleanliness within the kitchen in line with Canterbury’s standards of excellenceAssisting the Chef team with preparation and general kitchen dutiesEnsuring safe work practices with a particular focus on Work, Health and SafetyCleaning and maintaining dishwashing facilities and associated kitchen equipmentDemonstrate understanding of food safety and Work, Health and Safety standards

About You
