Job description:

Role: Business Support Administrator - DIDO

Location: Cooljarloo Mine Site - Brand Highway Cataby

Employment type: Permanent - Full Time

Roster: Monday- Friday (9 day fortnight option)

About the role

Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, the Business Support Administrator will be accountable for:

• General administration such as document and process processing, tracking and monitoring
• Coordinating and compiling daily, weekly and monthly reports
• Usage and understanding of company systems including but not limited to DocTrack, Ellipse and SAP
• Organisation of meetings and the subsequent collation and follow up of minutes and actions
• Maintaining documentation associated with safety leadership actions, business plan commitments, global summary reports, communication newsletters and noticeboards etc.
• General clerical duties such as: purchase orders, work orders, work requests, general support etc.

About you

To be successful in your application you will ideally need to possess:

• 5+ years' experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft programs, including Word, Teams and Powerpoint
• Intermediate Excel knowledge; proficiency in the use of pivot tables; SQL Programming language (highly advantageous)
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience working within the Mineral Sands Industry (highly advantageous)
