What you'll be doing

• Preparing and cooking high-quality Teppanyaki dishes
• Engaging with guests and creating a memorable dining experience
• Showcasing your knife skills, flair, and creativity in front of an audience
• Maintaining exceptional food quality and presentation
• Following food safety and hygiene standards
• Contributing to a positive and energetic team culture

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a Teppanyaki Chef or strong experience working on a teppan grill
• Passion for hospitality, food, and entertainment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Confidence working in front of guests
• Positive attitude and team-first mentality
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
