We are looking for a Freelance Account Director who is available to commence immediately at our Akcelo Sydney office. Responsible for leading the development of strategic client growth plans, you will be a ‘brand champion’ for your clients!
With great progression, the chance to work with the latest technology and some of the world’s most famous brands, a normal day in the role of the Account Director includes:Overseeing client relationships within assigned portfolioBuilding and growing new and existing client relationshipsDeveloping strategic client growth plans to exceed revenue targets and broaden service offeringPreparing accurate client forecasts and implementing strategic client growth plans to meet and exceed these forecastsMeeting clients regularly to understand business problems, and opportunitiesOverseeing the successful onboarding of new clients and retention of existingMotivating the Akcelo team around the clients business goals, being an advocate for the client inside the agencyPreparing all client presentation decks, scopes and project plansOverseeing the delivery of all work and implementing risk mitigation strategies to ensure alignment to timings and budgetSeeking new opportunities to provide additional services to clients where appropriate including activating the right Akcelo capability to assist the client with any brief that they require, or might require in the futureMentoring, growing and overseeing junior team members as required.
To be in the running for this great role, you should have:Demonstrated experience overseeing client portfolios within an agency environmentAn entrepreneurial flair - you are always searching for ‘what’s next’A passion to seek out new ideas/ways of doing things and embrace changeThe ability to inspire, motivate and develop those around youA positive and solution focussed attitudeExperience and confidence in preparing and presenting client forecastsComfortability presenting and articulating ideas and concepts clearlyA natural born leader who enjoys motivating and developing othersThe willingness to grow with and alongside the businessExperience working leading and delivering digital campaignsYou love being part of a team!An open attitude and excited by change - you are a problem solverThe passion to champion your team within the agency
