Alice Property Management are Alice Springs' local property management experts. We're committed to delivering excellent service to our property owners and tenants. As our portfolio expands, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Property Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring effective and professional management.

• Liaise with property owners and tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

• Conduct property inspections, manage leases, and ensure compliance with NT and federal regulations.

• Coordinate maintenance and repairs, working with contractors and service providers.

• Ensure a high level of tenant satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in property management or a related field is highly desirable.

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple properties effectively.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.

• Must have Australian work rights or valid visa permitting employment in Australia.

• Must obtain real estate licence or registration within the required timeframe as specified by NT regulations.

• Must have current driver's licence and motor vehicle.
