2MT Mining Products currently have opportunities for motivated and dedicated individuals to join our growing support team in Western Australia. Based from Perth we are currently seeking a Product Support representatives to service the Inner Pilbara region of Western Australia.

Reporting to the – Sales Manager - Western Region you will be responsible for product and customer support and client relationship aspects of the 2MT Mining wear parts consumable business.

You will have a dedicated support territory, be a specialist in your field, marketing a range of unique world class products; ground engaging tools (GET), bucket protection systems (BPS), weld overlay plate, and direct replacement parts (DRP) products. Depending on your industry knowledge and depth of experience you will have the ability to add additional products to your customer portfolio.

2MT Mining Products is committed to providing additional training for the right applicant if required.

Duties Include:

• Responsibility for sales and product support for nominated territory, servicing existing mining wear parts customers and developing new business within the territory.

• Be the key point of contact for all customer related enquiry for the nominated territory.

• Ability to track, monitor and report on wear parts e.g., GET, BPS & DRP product performance on a regular basis.

• Ability to collate data and present reports to site senior management and personnel.

• Responsibility for management of stock at sites that form your nominated territory.

• Ability to complete accurate and timely in-house reports through the company (CRM) Customer relationship Management System.

• Willingness to undertake travel commitments as part of the territory management responsibilities.

Ideally the successful candidate will possess:

• A commitment to work safely, comply with site safety standards, compliance with mine working procedures and ensure a safe and environmentally healthy workplace.

• Experience in mining industry, along with a good understanding of tracking and monitoring of related products.

• Minimum of 5 years of mining industry experience with comprehensive knowledge of heavy mobile mining equipment.

• Demonstrated competency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook.

• Excellent customer relationship, interpersonal and communication skills.

• Trade or mechanical engineering background is desirable.

• Ability to work away from a home base.

• Must be an Australian citizen to meet employment eligibility requirements.
