Position Overview:

The Product Support Representative must have proven experience in an equivalent role, having worked within a distributor, third party, and direct sales network operation. The capacity to secure strong business development growth is essential. Demonstrated ability within the Wear Solutions industry is a definite advantage.

A proactive and flexible approach in dealing with the demands of constantly changing priorities and situations is fundamental. The capacity to meet deadlines and be able to manage many tasks and activities simultaneously is essential.

Regular travel within a prescribed area is required.

Core Duties:

• Visiting customers to promote our extensive range of products

• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships

• Analyse the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports

• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling

• Submitting and processing customer orders

• Developing and planning strategies and objectives in line with the company's direction in gaining and growing business. 

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Proven work experience as a Sales Representative

• Knowledge and understanding of Health & Safety regulations.

• Computer literate in MS Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook) and experience with Pronto enterprise management system is desirable but not essential.

• A strong sense of urgency, and proficient time management skills.

• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and groups

• Strong independent work ethic 

• A current driver licence is essential.
