Guest Services Agent - Hotel Reception

Quest Notting Hill has an exciting opportunity available for a passionate, customer service driven hospitality professional to join our vibrant and friendly Front Office team as a Guest Services Agent.

Ideally you will have experience in a Guest Services or Hotel Reception role . Working for Quest Notting Hill will expose you to all aspects of the business including Guest Services, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Yield Management and General Administration.


The Role:
You will be responsible for all areas of Front Office Reception tasks including but not limited to:

• Servicing the queries and needs of our in house guests

• Responding to accommodation enquiries & processing reservations

• Welcoming guests to the property and performing check-ins & check-out procedures

• Maintaining accurate guest accounts & guest history

• Delivering a high level of professional customer service

• Ensuring all aspects of front office/reception run smoothly

• Promoting the business to achieve sales targets

• Opening Reception (AM Shift) and Closing Reception (PM Shift)

• General day to day office and administrative duties.
   

We are searching for an individual who:

• Has experience within the accommodation industry and understands hotel reservation systems

• Demonstrates the ability to multi task in a fast paced work environment.

• Is comfortable in a service environment and has face to face customer service experience.

• Has exceptional communication (written and oral) and sound I.T skills (Microsoft products).

• Has a friendly personality with ambition to succeed and a passion for the hospitality industry.

• Is enthusiastic and reliable with a professional work ethic.

• Is willing to work alone as well as part of a small team.

• Has independent transport. (car parking provided)

• Displays a passion for excellent customer service.

This is a full time requiring applicants to have the flexibility to work rostered shifts including days, nights, weekends and public holidays. In addition, applicants must be immaculately presented (uniform provided).
