Front Office Guest Service Agent

We have an exciting Full Time opportunity available for an experienced Guest Service Agent / Front Office Receptionist to join our team.

The Role

The key responsibilities include:

• Greeting all guests in a friendly, genuine and professional manner

• Check-in and check-out of guests

• Handling telephone and email enquiries and converting these to reservations

• Assisting in-house guests

• Finalising guest accounts

• Potential applicants must be available for a variety of shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends and Public Holidays.

The Ideal Candidate

The successful applicant will be required to demonstrate:

• A passion for providing friendly personalised service

• Reliable and able to work a flexible roster

• The ability to work independently, unsupervised and within a close knit team

• High attention to detail

• Personable and bright face to face and phone manner,

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills,

• Previous experience with Windows systems and Front Office reservation programs RMS (this would be advantageous),

• Previous experience with Front Office, Customer Service and/or Hospitality and Tourism qualifications will be highly regarded.
