About the role
As a Dobsons Customer Service Coordinator you are responsible on a daily basis, for ensuring the smooth operation of the sales administrative functions, as well as providing administrative support to Dobsons satellite store network.

WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU:

Good writing and accurate mathematical skills for quotes.
Able to work independently and in a small sales team.
Computer literate including in Word, Excel. Experience in Adobe In Design & Adobe Illustrator, Mailchimp, Mail Merge and Apparel21 will be looked on favorably but not essential as full training is provided.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Present a friendly professional first impression to all clients, schools, staff, etc. – by phone and email.
Responsibility for development & implementation of efficient office systems with price lists, kits and marketing mail outs.
Responsible for oversight and maintenance of e-commerce transactions and image maintenance.
Provide telephone sales support for Dobsons satellite stores and store managers: help monitor staff needs, assist customer with problem solving, assist in-store staff, prepare quotes and maintain professional customer and client contact.
Entering and maintaining sales & production orders within the company system and and preparation of quotes for wholesale clients.
MORE INFORMATION:
The Customer Service Coordinator role will be a member of the Head Office Sales Administrative & Sales team. The administrative team works together to provide high quality and timely support to the store network within the organisation. You will also be responsible for inbound direct customer interaction.
Full Time (Monday-Thursday 8.30am - 5.00pm, Friday 8.30am - 3.00pm), located in Dandenong South.
