About the role

We are looking for a Chef with previous Fine Dining experience to join our team in delivering an exceptional and innovative experience, highlighting seasonal produce from our regenerative garden farm, and perfectly complementing our award-winning wines.

Successful candidates will have experience in hatted or Michelin-starred establishments, a deep knowledge of produce, and the ability to thrive in a busy kitchen. You will be a team player, with a strong work ethic and dedication to excellence and mastering every detail, and will be provided with ongoing learning and development opportunities. This is a permanent position with a flexible weekly roster. Hours typically fall between 34–40 per week, depending on seasonal demand. We are looking for someone who enjoys a dynamic roster and is comfortable with natural seasonal fluctuations.

Skills and experience

• Advanced understanding of contemporary dining principles

• Experience in fine-dining venues and tasting menu concepts

• Punctual & well-presented

• A team player with an excellent work ethic

• Genuine desire to progress your career & continue to learn

• Must be available to work weekends, with reliable transport required
