Full-Time Medical Receptionist

We are a well-established General Practice in Chatswood offering caring, compassionate and excellent care to our patients. 

We have a position available for a permanent full-time receptionist to join our team at Myhealth Chatswood Chase.

The role involves daily contact with our wonderful group of doctors, our patients, and other health care professionals.  

The successful candidate will show initiative in our fast-paced environment and be able to work both autonomously and as part of a team. 

A background in reception work or customer relations is desired. 

Fluent spoken and written English are essential; alongside computer skills sufficient to operate our appointment and billing software (training will be provided).

Applicants familiar with Best Practice medical software will be highly regarded.

Mandarin and/or Cantonese speaking applicants will be highly regarded due to our patient demographic.

The following criteria are essential:

• Proven willingness to learn, with an interest in Medical / General Practice

• Demonstrated computer literacy, we use Best Practice medical software so this would be highly desirable 

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

• Proven experience answering high volume of telephone calls and providing exceptional customer service

• Ability and commitment to work effectively within a team environment

• Must be available to cover open or close shifts between 830am - 6pm.
