Marketing Cloud Developer - South Bank, QLD

As a Marketing Cloud Developer, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and optimising our Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform across all of our leisure brands to meet the diverse needs of our global marketing teams. You'll collaborate with various departments to design, implement, and refine marketing solutions that enhance our leisure brands experience. This includes documenting and streamlining processes, building advanced automations and API integrations including working with Salesforce CRM, Data Cloud and our in house Data Engineering teams. You'll be joining a growing team of marketing cloud professionals at the forefront of innovation, unlocking the full potential of our customer data that drives personalised customer experiences across all channels.

What you'll be doing:

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Admin & Development:

• Support Global Leisure Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem
• Manage user roles, permissions, and data security
• Ensure data integrity through audits and best practices and bug resolution
• Document requirements and changes

Integration Management:

• Working with APIs (REST / SOAP) to develop and test 
• Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other MarTech and analytics tools
• Ensure seamless data flow for analysis and reporting
• Perform data configuration, manipulation, and segmentation
• Write/test SQL, SSJS, and AMPscripting

Marketing Automation & Personalization:

• Design, execute, and optimise automated marketing campaigns
• Develop Personalization Templates and Advanced Segmentation
• Provide expertise in SQL, Data Extensions, Automation Studio, Cloud Pages
• Use Einstein for better outcomes
• Continuous Improvement:
• Stay updated on Salesforce Marketing Cloud features
• Optimise system and enhancements
• Gather feedback for user adoption improvement

You'll be perfect for the role if you have:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud as a developer
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, business administration, or related field
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer Certifications
• Administrator certification highly desirable(Salesforce Certified Administrator) required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
