Candidates who have experience within the automotive industry will be held in high regard.This role would suit someone who has an appetite for selling more to earn more. What will you be doing?The main focus of the Fleet Account Manager is to manage a stable of tier 1 and tier 2 fleet clients. In this role you will carry out the following tasks:Be the face of our business!Maintain a high knowledge level about Toyota products and vehicles.Develop understanding of cost benefits and communicate this to clients under the guidance of senior team members.Understand the guests objectives, buying criteria and decision making processes. Support in forming business partnerships and leveraging future transactions with the help of senior team members. Provide in-depth advice and support in the selection and purchase process of new vehicles, assisting clients with their needs.Assist in identifying and gaining new business through a sustained program of cold calling, mailing, following up referrals/leads and keeping abreast of competitors strategiesSupport product demonstrations (as needed) and coordinating the preparation of product delivery ensuring specific deal agreements are (extras/options) are completed.Contribute to self-management through taking initiative, focusing on results, and showing attention to detail. Learn and adopt best practices from experienced team members.
