Redbox Design Group is seeking a Landscape Architect or Urban Designer to join our award-winning Canberra studio. We're a highly creative and professional team of Landscape Architects and Urbanists based in Canberra, committed to design excellence and to building spaces that make people feel something wonderful. Key responsibilities

• Work on meaningful, high-quality public realm projects, from civic precincts, green-fields residential developments, commercial projects, urban renewal, parks and play spaces

• Produce creative and precise concept designs, graphics, and documentation

• Collaborate with a talented, tight-knit team of professionals who support each other

• Learn through doing with the support of experienced mentors and real responsibility

• Contribute to a studio culture that values bold ideas, shared success, and continuous improvement

About you

• 3-5+ years' industry experience in landscape architecture or urban design

• A tertiary qualification in a related field

• AILA registration or in progress

• Strong skills in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and ideally 3D modelling tools

• A great eye for design, detail, and documentation

• Proactive mindset, motivation, strong time management, and positive energy

• A portfolio that demonstrates creativity, clarity, and care
