About the Role

This is a pivotal position in our salon. As our Front of House/Salon Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for every client who walks through our doors. You’ll manage the flow of the day, support the stylists, elevate the client experience and ensure the salon runs with calm, confident efficiency.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing bookings, appointments and the salon schedule

• Greeting clients warmly and ensuring a premium front‑of‑house experience

• Supporting stylists with smooth daily operations

• Handling payments, retail sales and stock coordination

• Maintaining a clean and welcoming salon environment

• Communicating clearly and professionally with clients and team members

• Problem‑solving on the fly and keeping the day running seamlessly

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

• Has experience as a Salon Coordinator, Receptionist, Front‑of‑House Lead, or is a Stylist ready to transition

• Thrives in a fast‑paced, people‑focused environment

• Communicates with warmth, clarity and confidence

• Is highly organised, proactive and calm under pressure

• Works well independently and as part of a supportive team

• Brings positive energy and takes pride in their work

• Is tech‑confident (salon software experience is a bonus)
