Salon Co-Ordinator / Salon Support

About the Role

As a Salon Support team member, you’ll play a vital role in keeping Epic Hair Designs

running at its very best. Working closely with our salon network, you’ll be the first point of

contact for both guests and staff, ensuring every interaction reflects the premium standard

of service we are known for. From handling bookings and enquiries to supporting stylists

with systems, inventory, and day-to-day operations, this role is all about organisation,

efficiency, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

What You’ll Do

You’ll provide a seamless front-line experience for guests by managing calls, emails, and

appointment bookings with professionalism and warmth. Ensuring schedules are accurate

and clear, you’ll be relied upon to share service information, explain promotions, and

resolve enquiries in a timely and empathetic way.

Behind the scenes, you’ll assist with salon operations including inventory control, supplier

ordering, and tracking retail stock. You’ll also be a go-to support for stylists, helping them

navigate salon systems such as Zenoti, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating

maintenance requests when required. Keeping the salon office environment welcoming

and well-organised will also form part of your day-to-day responsibilities.

Collaboration is at the heart of this role. You’ll work closely with Salon Managers and team

members to ensure smooth operations across all locations, fostering positive

relationships and open communication. From assisting with administrative reporting to

processing payments, your contribution will support the efficiency of our entire network.

What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves being

part of a supportive, creative team. You’ll bring excellent communication skills, strong

organisational ability, and confidence with digital systems. A problem-solving mindset and

genuine care for delivering outstanding guest experiences are essential.

We are either looking for 3 days part time in our Salon Support team or also available is full time hours with 3 days in Salon Support and 2 days in salon as a Senior Hairdresser on the floor at any of our locations.

Qualifications

Must be a qualified hairdresser
