Depulu Wheels is the original wheel repair business in Australia. We have been in business for 37 years with a loyal and growing customer base. We are a good team who support each other in the day to day duties. As the first point of contact for our organisation, you will be responsible for providing great customer service and ensuring enquiries are dealt with in a professional manner. This position is ideal for an organised, efficient, well-mannered person who is able to multitask while maintaining a calm and welcoming demeanour.

Qualifications & experience

• Good administrative and computer skills including Microsoft, Word and Excel. Experience with MYOB an advantage

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail is a must

• Outstanding customer service skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise responsibilities

• A manual drivers license an advantage

Tasks & responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and assist customers with enquiries and pricing

• Answer emails in a timely manner including quoting, freight requests and general enquiries

• Book and track freight both incoming and outgoing when needed

• Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, office supply procurement etc

• Perform other duties as assigned
