Senior Medical Receptionist

We are a non -corporate GP clinic with few allied healthcare services, our team of dedicated doctors, nurse and staff are genuinely passionate about the health and well-being of our patients. The clinic has easy access to Roe Hwy, freeway, and close to up-coming train station.

We are seeking enthusiastic, professional, dedicated and experienced senior medical receptionists for our medical practices located in Canning Vale, WA.

Previous medical reception experience is required.Experience with Best Practice software will be an advantage.We are looking for experienced senior receptionist staff to work as part of a close knit team in a supportive and professional team environment. Shifts may include morning, afternoon and occasional weekends.

The key duties and responsibilities will include:Providing exceptional customer service
Patient recalls
Opening or closing of the clinic
Answering calls
Meet and greet of all patients and ensuring the relevant paperwork is completed
Scanning, faxing and maintenance of patient files
Batching to Medicare
Private billing of patients
assisting doctors and clinical staff with administration

Pay: $52,929.60 – $83,413.87 per year

Experience:

• Medical receptionist in General Practice in Australia: 1 year (Preferred)
