Job Description

As a Contract Administrator at Direct Solar Wholesale, you will play a key role in managing and administering contracts with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders. Your focus will be on ensuring contract compliance, facilitating communication, and supporting the smooth operation of projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, prepare, and manage contracts related to sales, procurement, and project agreements.

• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate contract negotiations and amendments.

• Maintain accurate records of all contracts and related documentation.

• Monitor contract performance and deadlines, ensuring timely renewals, modifications, and closures.

• Assist with risk management and dispute resolution when necessary.

• Provide administrative support to the project and procurement teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or in a similar role.

• Strong knowledge of contract law, terms, and best practices.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Attention to detail with strong analytical abilities.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the solar or renewable energy industry.

• Familiarity with procurement processes and supplier negotiations.

• Relevant qualifications in law, business administration, or a related field.
