Field service technician - Brisbane

As a key member of our Service team at Umano Medical, you will play a central role in supporting our customers and ensuring the optimal performance of our products in the field. You’ll be the go‑to expert for service calls, technical interventions, and customer support, helping deliver an outstanding experience that reflects our commitment to quality, reliability, and care.

Specifically, this is what your day might look like 

• Install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Umano Medical equipment at customer sites.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and equipment upgrades.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and electronic failures
• Complete service reports and documentation accurately and on time.
• Ensure all work complies with manufacturer specifications and hospital safety requirements.
• Manage service inventory, tools, and replacement parts.

The profile we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of field service experience, preferably in medical devices or healthcare equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and technical documentation.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently from a home office.
• Valid  driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness and ability to travel as required
