Sales Assistant/Trainee – Support Our High‑Performing Sales Team

We’re looking for an energetic and reliable Sales Assistant/Trainee to support two experienced agents in a fast‑paced, client‑focused real estate environment. This role is designed for someone who wants to develop into a fully fledged Sales Agent — starting with hands‑on support and progressing into active sales responsibilities as skills and confidence grow.

About the role

You’ll work closely with our Sales Agents, providing practical, on‑the‑ground support across a variety of tasks, including:

• Assisting at open homes and buyer appointments (including Saturdays)

• Preparing marketing materials and property information

• Managing enquiries and delivering exceptional customer service

• General administrative support to keep the sales process running smoothly

• Driving between properties and assisting with on‑the‑ground tasks

What we're looking for

• A current driver licence (essential)

• A current real estate certificate or licence (essential)

• Previous real estate or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)

• Strong communication skills and a professional presentation

• Someone proactive, organised, and comfortable working independently

• Availability to work Saturdays

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required
