Alto Wollongong is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Trainee / Assistant Service Advisor to join our growing Service Department, supporting our popular MG and Nissan franchises.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in the automotive industry. Whether you're currently working in customer service, retail, hospitality, administration, or are simply passionate about cars and people, we want to hear from you.

As a Trainee / Assistant Service Advisor, you'll work closely with our experienced Service Advisors and Service Manager to ensure every customer receives an exceptional experience from vehicle drop-off through to collection.

You'll learn all aspects of dealership service operations, including:

• Greeting customers and assisting with service bookings

• Understanding customer vehicle concerns and requirements

• Liaising with technicians and the workshop team

• Communicating service updates and recommendations

• Preparing service documentation and invoices

• Assisting with customer collection and vehicle handover

• Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction

• Supporting the day-to-day administration of the service department

The ideal candidate will have:

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent customer service skills

• Good computer literacy and administration abilities

• Strong attention to detail

• A professional presentation

• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

• A current driver's licence

Automotive experience is not essential. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
