Customer Service Administrator

IQ Medical is an Australian medical distribution company based in Unley, South Australia, specialising in ophthalmic medical devices, surgical instruments and consumables that support surgeons in delivering better outcomes for patients.

With a close-knit team of 33 people across Australia (and growing), including 24 based in Adelaide, exceptional products and outstanding customer service are at the heart of what we do.

The Role

• Support the smooth flow of customer orders from enquiry through to delivery.
• Process customer orders, returns, invoices and freight documentation accurately and efficiently, adhering to company policies.
• You will report to the Customer Service Team Leader and play an important part in helping customers receive the right products, at the right time, with clear communication along the way.

What You’ll Do

• Process customer orders, returns, invoices and freight documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate customer, product and order information in our business system.
• Respond to customer enquiries and work closely with Sales and Logistics to resolve issues.
• Assist with inventory, picking, packing and dispatch when required.

Skills and Experience

You will thrive in this role if you are organised, accurate and enjoy helping customers.

You will bring:

• Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and business systems.
• Experience using a business system to manage customers, suppliers, orders, products and inventory.
