• Be the main point of contact across a handful of social clients
• Plan and manage content calendars, executing across Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn
• Capture and edit high quality Reels and static content
• Write captions, copy and scripting content that sound like the brand, not a template: built around what each brand actually needs (rather than what's trending this week)
• Contribute to (and occasionally write) social strategy, and understand how that strategy shapes performance
• Report on social and digital performance monthly: what's working and what to optimise
• Grow digital reach, engagement and community connection through strategic and insight-led content
• Monitor social channels and Google Reviews, engage with clients' online communities

Whilst the role is predominately social focussed, you will also support creative for client Klaviyo email campaigns that pair with social calendars:

• Support senior team on Klaviyo strategy and execution
• Design fresh creative weekly for client email campaigns
• Manage and optimise automated flows (guidance provided)
• Plan and deliver campaign calendars aligned to each client's promotional / product calendar
• Segment audiences using purchase behaviour, engagement and lifecycle stage

• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or Digital Media
• Proven experience managing socials across multiple platforms and brands
• Hands-on experience shooting and editing short-form video content, understanding storytelling skills and platform content suitability
• A solid grip on CapCut (or similar video editing tools), and Canva (or Adobe/Figma)
• A working understanding of social strategy and how it drives performance, not just content output
• Experience with Klaviyo, Mailchimp or similar platforms for e-commerce brands
• A strategic mindset, with the ability to connect creative thinking with commercial outcomes

• A passion for aesthetic, creative content, with a sharp visual eye. Client industries we service require quality, elevated aesthetic visuals
• Confidence juggling multiple things at once (without dropping the ball)
• Genuine care about the work you put out and clients success

• The confidence to lead a client conversation, contributing ideas, not just executing

bonus points if you have an interest in AI and new marketing tools, a passion for photography, or experience with any of: Adobe Creative Suite, Sked, Clickup, AgencyAnalytics, Figma, Linkedin ads, Meta ads, Pinterest ads, Google ads, Google analytics, Squarespace, Wordpress, Shopify. Don't worry if you haven't used these platforms - many of these can be taught, and experience with similar systems is highly transferable.
