Client Relationship Officer

The roleAs a Client Relationship Officer at Australian Specialist Hub, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our valued customers. Based in our vibrant Melbourne office, this full-time position is a crucial link between our clients and our business, ensuring their needs are promptly addressed and their experience with us is positive.
Key responsibilitiesRespond to incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely and professional mannerProvide accurate and helpful information to clients on our servicesManage client accounts and maintain detailed records of all client interactionsIdentify and escalate any issues or concerns to the appropriate team membersAssist with the coordination of client meetings and eventsContribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and procedures
What we're looking forAt least 2 years of experience in a client-facing or customer service role, preferably within the administration or sales support industryExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clientsStrong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectivelyProficient in using Microsoft Office applicationsA genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to delivering positive outcomes for our clients
