We are seeking a Manager for our Retail Hair & Beauty store in Maitland. This is a full-time position that offers a fantastic opportunity to manage a dynamic retail environment within the hair and beauty sector. Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a small retail team to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators

• Oversee daily store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and store presentation

• Train and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service

• Monitor and analyse sales performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement

• Manage inventory levels, ordering and stock control to minimise wastage and maximise profitability

• Create and implement strategies to drive customer loyalty and repeat business

• Maintain knowledge of current hair and beauty products, trends and industry developments

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in retail management with hands on experience as a hairdresser.

• Excellent customer service orientation with a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences

• Sound knowledge of retail operations, including stock control, merchandising and visual displays

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills at all levels

• Proficiency with retail management systems and point of sale software

• A passion for the hair and beauty industry and current trends is highly desirable
