About the role
Dental Laboratory Coordinator - Fixed Teeth Australia – Ballarat
Be part of something different in dental.
Fixed Teeth Australia provides patients with fixed teeth and full-arch implant treatment, helping people move forward from ongoing dental problems to a more confident, functional smile.
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Dental Laboratory Coordinator to join our Victorian clinic business in Ballarat.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves organisation, communication and keeping things moving in a busy clinical environment.
About the Role
Our laboratory workflow is an important part of delivering successful full-arch implant treatment.
As the Dental Laboratory Coordinator, you will coordinate laboratory cases from start to finish, making sure the right information, products and laboratory work are available when required.
You will work closely with our clinicians, dental assistants, surgical team and external laboratories, ensuring cases are organised, tracked and completed within required timeframes.
This is primarily a coordination and administration role, rather than a technical dental laboratory position.
What You'll Be Doing For All Our Victorian Clinics
Coordinate and track laboratory cases from planning through to completion.
Ensure cases are correctly logged, allocated and followed up.
Coordinate laboratory requirements for full-arch and implant cases.
Work closely with clinicians and dental assistants to ensure cases are prepared on time.
Liaise with internal and external dental laboratories.
Coordinate incoming and outgoing laboratory work and couriers.
Monitor laboratory turnaround times and follow up outstanding cases.
Maintain accurate case records and information.
Assist with laboratory stock, ordering and supplier coordination.
Assist with laboratory quotes, invoices and administration.
Identify potential delays or issues and escalate them early.
Help maintain organised and efficient laboratory systems.
Assist with improving processes as our Ballarat clinic continues to grow.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
Highly organised and loves keeping things on track.
Naturally proactive and great at following things up.
Extremely detail focused.
A confident and clear communicator.
Comfortable working across multiple teams and priorities.
Calm under pressure and able to manage deadlines.
Tech savvy and confident learning new systems.
Professional, reliable and accountable.
Someone who takes ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do.
Dental, medical, healthcare, laboratory or practice administration experience will be highly regarded.
You don't necessarily need dental laboratory experience. We're more interested in finding someone who is organised, switched-on, willing to learn and has the right attitude.
Why Fixed Teeth Australia?
At Fixed Teeth Australia, we work with patients who are looking for a different solution to ongoing dental problems.
Our clinics deliver full-arch implant treatment and fixed teeth solutions through a coordinated clinical and surgical process.
You will work alongside experienced clinicians and a dedicated support team, playing an important role in ensuring every laboratory component is organised and ready throughout the patient's treatment journey.
The Victorian clinics are part of a growing team, providing an opportunity to learn about a unique area of dentistry while developing your skills in coordination, administration and patient treatment workflows.
The Person We're Looking For

...we'd love to hear from you.
