About the role

Redhole18 is seeking highly motivated Sales Representatives to drive our visual communication services in the Brisbane market. The partner will be responsible for prospecting clients and selling our core portfolio, which focuses on Custom Flag Making, Large Format Printing (Inkjet), and 3D Lettering. You will have full backing from our Customer Service, Design, Production, and Installation departments, allowing your focus to remain entirely on pre-sales and closing deals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct active sales (ground promotion) in the Brisbane region, presenting our portfolio of Promotional Flags (Feather, Teardrop, Rectangle), PVC Banners, Window/Floor Stickers, and Illuminated 3D Signs.

• Prepare project quotations and submit them for mandatory review by the sales supervisor. Quotes may only be presented to the client after supervisor approval.

• Manage the pre-sales process and actively collect accounts receivable. Payments must be accepted exclusively via bank transfer; cash collection is strictly prohibited.

• Work closely with support teams to ensure projects are smoothly handed over for design, production, and installation post-sale.

• Actively use the Lark system and company CRM to log activities and track sales progress.

About you

• Must provide an active PABN (Provide Australian Business Number). This is a commercial partnership, not an employment relationship.

• Daily commitment of 5 to 6 hours, working more than 12 days per month.

• Entirely responsible for your own taxes, insurance, Superannuation (SUPER), and other benefits.

• Strict compliance with Australian laws, regulations, and internal company rules.

• Ability to meet monthly performance targets, set between $20,000 and $25,000 in sales.
