Fleet Administrator

Join the dynamic fleet sales team at Morley City and start your journey from the ground up. As our next Fleet Administrator, you’ll get hands-on experience in every part of the fleet sales process!

What You’ll Do:

• Process and input customer orders accurately into the system
• Manage stock allocation and tracking
• Coordinate vehicle licensing, including weighing, pitting, and registration
• Create and manage internal and external purchase orders
• Handle internal and external invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timely processing for vehicle transactions
• Coordinate vehicle movements between dealerships, suppliers, and body builders to ensure timely delivery and preparation
• Schedule vehicle logistics for deliveries and transfers
• Finalise deals, complete washout processes, and maintain accurate records and documentation

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:

• A people-person with great communication skills.
• Hungry to learn about sales and the automotive world.
• Organised, detail-driven, and reliable.
• A positive team player with a can-do attitude.
• Comfortable with computers and learning new systems.
• Holds (or is willing to get) a WA Manual Driver’s Licence & WA Motor Vehicle Salesperson Licence.
• Bonus points for previous experience (but not essential).
