About the role
Support NTV’s finance and administration functions in a values-led organisation working to end family violence.
No to Violence is Australia’s peak body for individuals and organisations that work with men that use violence. We provide training, sector development and advocacy across the sector. We operate the Men’s Referral Service, providing a counselling service and referral pathways directly to men who use violence. As a pro-feminist organisation, women and children are at the centre of what we do - by ending men’s use of family violence, families, individuals, and communities are safer.

Role Type: Permanent, Full-time/Part-time (0.8 - 1.0 FTE)
Classification: SCHADS Level 4
Location: Melbourne/hybrid

The Finance and Administration Officer is the key member of our professional, efficient and helpful team and will work in close collaboration with the Head of Finance and office team to support diverse, innovative and inclusive programs, activities and events. The role calls for excellent administrative, financial management and bookkeeping skills, attention to detail, high levels of financial reporting and data entry skills, and the ability to liaise with diverse stakeholders both internally and externally.

You bring strong numerical accuracy, sound judgement, and a service mindset, with the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
