Business Data Analyst

Role DescriptionWe are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Data Analyst to transform business data into meaningful insights that support informed decision-making and performance improvement. The role involves collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and interpreting data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, opportunities, and potential risks. You will develop reports, dashboards, and analytical models, monitor key performance indicators, and work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver actionable recommendations. The ideal candidate combines strong quantitative thinking with business awareness and can communicate complex findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Curiosity, accuracy, structured thinking, and a strong data-driven mindset are essential.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or above in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.Strong understanding of data analysis, business intelligence, statistics, and performance measurement.Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Python, R, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytical tools is advantageous.Strong ability to clean, organize, validate, and analyze structured and unstructured business data.Excellent quantitative, analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.Ability to identify meaningful trends and translate analytical findings into practical business recommendations.Familiarity with KPI development, dashboard creation, data visualization, and business reporting.Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly and concisely.High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.Proactive, curious, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities while collaborating effectively across teams.
