Computer techician

We are an IT company that has been in business for 19 years, who's primary objective is to offer small businesses prompt and professional IT support for their networks

The position available is for an employee starting on a casual, or permanent part time basis - with an opportunity for up 24 hours per week, to work as a service technician. The role involves managed services of Microsoft networks with up to 50 users, implementation of Office 365 exchange services, upgrading PCs, understanding of Windows 10/11 professional and Windows Server operating systems, being able to troubleshoot IT issues and liaise with customers.

The position will be suitable for someone who is currently studying or finished studying IT networking, or an experienced IT technician looking for casual/permanent part time employment. The successful applicant must have experience in IT support, and experience in dealing directly with customers. Additional qualifications gained with practical experience will be looked upon favourably.
