We are looking for individuals and agencies who would be happy to work with us to rollout AssessTEAM for clients who need assistance in the Sydney and adjoining states.

Candidate Profile

Expertise in setting up employee evaluations both online and paper based, in depth understanding of evaluation methodologies like self evaluation, peer review, 360 degree. Experience in setting up job responsibilities and converting them into KPIs that can be evaluated.

A seasoned HR professional with a minimum of 3 years experience.Knowledge of industry standards and legal obligations.Proficiency in setting up clear job descriptions.Experience working with HR software including Payroll / Timesheets.

The position includes a fair amount of requirements analysis and client interface.
