Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CAD Operator to join our team.

This role will support the Drafting Production and broader Land Development team across project work involving survey data, data reduction, calculations and plan preparation. You will liaise with Surveyors and Project Managers to deliver plans that are fit for purpose, undertake plan auditing and other survey data tasks as required.

What You Bring to the Table

In this role you will be contributing to the delivery of high-quality client outcomes across a range of projects. Key to your success will be your attention to detail, your technical aptitude, and your willingness to learn and develop your skills. 

Ideally, you’ll have

• A strong desire to undertake high quality work
• Experience with AutoCAD/Civil3D
• Knowledge of Plan auditing processes
• Experience or conceptual understanding of Surveying, Civil Engineering or Civil Construction (Highly regarded but not essential)
• Experience with 12D (Highly regarded but not essential)
• Experience with Trimble Business Centre (TBC) (Highly regarded but not essential)

• Previous experience within a similar role, or related industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, ability to organise and prioritise tasks, work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated high level of communication and interpersonal skills
